I have over 6 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, and process improvement, and I hold the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) credential from the International Institute of Business Analysis.

In my previous role as a Talent Strategy and Performance Management Analyst at Polaris Bank, I enabled the bank to achieve its strategic goals by conducting HR competitive analysis, collecting and analyzing HR data, and reporting on HR trends. I also facilitated process improvements, process development, and process engineering for HR services, using technology and best practices. I am passionate about leveraging data and analytics to optimize business performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
