About Me

With a BBA in Finance from North South University and a passion for banking, I joined HSBC as an Associate in the Global Payment Solutions team in 2022. Within a year, I was promoted to Senior Officer, demonstrating my commitment, performance, and potential.

In my current role, I ensure the timely and accurate processing of transactions, compliance with regulatory and internal policies, and maintenance of service-level agreements. I have played a key role in several projects, such as the NIKASH GHAR project to overhaul the existing EFT system, the automation of the LCY RTGS charge module project, and the streamlining of fee collection project for NGOB customers. I have also contributed to cross-team support, training, and reporting, enhancing product knowledge, efficiency, and quality.

I have developed strong skills in Excel, having earned two certifications from Coursera and LinkedIn Learning, and I am interested in learning more about user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, having completed a course from Google. I am always eager to learn new things and improve my competencies. My goal is to contribute to the growth and success of my organization and grow together.
