I am writing to express my interest in the Administrative Assistant role. After reviewing the criteria and job scope, I believe I am capable of the role with my work experience the past few years. I am familiar with the scope of work as I was a Production Assistant and an Operation Manager.
During my previous employment, I have liaised professionally with a variety people and clients who were prominent in the creative industry through PR campaigns and collaborations. I mainly worked remotely on my own laptop from home in the past 2 years, communicating via WhatsApp with my employee and team members. As we were a small team, I was involved in various projects as such as web research, social content creation and copywriting, and marketing research and reports among others. I am super at multitasking online, as I’m familiar with handling zoom meetings, taking meeting minutes, scheduling and coordinating with my team.
