Duties

• Develop and implement eCommerce strategies
• Manage and optimize eCommerce platforms
• Oversee product listings and images
• Monitor website performance and sales metrics
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
• Collaborate on content and promotions
• Manage digital marketing budget and ROI
• Ensure a user-friendly shopping experience
• Implement customer service protocols
• Analyze customer feedback for improvements
• Coordinate with supply chain and inventory teams
• Monitor stock levels and inventory updates
• Develop strategies to reduce cart abandonment
• Track and report on key performance indicators
• Provide reports and insights to senior management
• Conduct market research on trends and competitors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience as an eCommerce Manager
• Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms
• Proficient in Google Analytics and web analytics tools
• Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
• Excellent analytical skills and data interpretation
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
