Performance and Scalability Specialist at Tecsys Inc. Full Time

Responsibilities

• Conduct performance and scale testing to determine system capabilities
• Develop and execute detailed test plans, resolve issues
• Analyze system performance issues, propose optimization solutions
• Monitor logs and system resources for smooth operation
• Perform testing for SOAP-based and REST-based applications
• Monitor and analyze PostgreSQL database performance

Requirements

• Proven experience in performance and scale testing
• Experience with Java-based applications and Kubernetes
• Proficiency in Java for application testing
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, performance tuning
• Experience with SOAP and REST protocols
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and AWS infrastructure
• Strong ability to analyze performance data
• Effective root cause analysis and problem-solving
• Strong proficiency in written and verbal English
• Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid Canadian work permit
