Trust and Safety Agent, Fraud Operations at Rover.com Full Time

Responsibilities

• Analyze patterns of fraudulent transactions
• Identify platform vulnerabilities
• Collaborate with Legal and Public Affairs teams
• Investigate and analyze fraudulent conduct
• Perform root cause analysis of abuse
• Provide investigation insights to teams
• Triage, manage, and resolve fraud incidents
• Review flagged content for violations
• Review chargeback reports for appeals
• Review sensitive customer data
• Manage appeal requests for accounts
• Perform ad-hoc fraud operations tasks

Requirements

• 3+ years in Fraud, Trust and Safety operations
• Available to work regular schedule and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reside in approved states (FL, GA, ID, NC, TX, WA & MI)
• High speed internet access

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• Experience with Rover as owner or sitter
• 2+ years in customer support role
• Experience writing SQL queries
• CFE Certification
• 1+ years in Content Moderation
• Two-sided marketplace experience
• Understanding of payments process and cybercrime
