Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard mental health professionals to expand WPO’s provider network
- Review provider applications and documentation for completeness and compliance
- Develop understanding of credentialing standards and devise provider development strategies
- Conduct Primary Source Verification on licenses and malpractice coverage
- Distribute provider guidelines and application materials to external affiliates/providers
- Organize and maintain up-to-date provider files for smooth service delivery
- Complete tasks efficiently, adhering to production and quality guidelines
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and relevant privacy regulations
- Perform additional tasks as deemed appropriate by management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong communication skills in English and Dutch
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with exceptional multitasking
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in online research with a creative, quick, and efficient approach
- Sales experience preferred
- High proficiency in Excel and Word
