Systems Analyst – IT at Flex Full Time

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage company spending on technology-related expenses
• Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction
• Streamline technology expenses and increase efficiency
• Develop and implement cost-saving measures with stakeholders
• Negotiate with vendors for contracts and agreements
• Collaborate with IT teams on financial matters
• Assist in creating annual budget forecasts for IT infrastructure
• Monitor compliance with company policies and regulations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cloud services, hardware, and software
• Implement systems and automate processes

Requirements

• 0.6 – 2 years of experience in Procurement/Account Payable/Finance
• Good command of English both written and spoken
• Experience working with different geographies is a plus
• Experience with Purchase Orders, Contracts, Vendor invoices preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• General understanding of IT hardware and software
• Basic understanding of Finance or Accounting or Cost Savings
• Knowledge of Scripting or Automation is a value add but not required
