Healthcare Quality Assurance Specialist-Consultant Full Time

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits, reviews, and assessments of healthcare practices
• Develop and implement quality monitoring systems to track healthcare processes
• Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and accreditation standards
• Plan and execute quality improvement projects to enhance patient outcomes
• Develop, review, and update healthcare policies, procedures, and protocols
• Provide training and education to healthcare staff on quality assurance
• Collaborate with risk management teams to identify and mitigate risks
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to foster a culture of quality and safety
• Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
• Experience in quality assurance, quality improvement, or risk management
• Familiarity with quality improvement methodologies and tools
• Excellent analytical skills for data collection and interpretation
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
