Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform
- Configure user access, permissions, and system settings
- Customize workflows to align with organizational processes
- Design, implement, and test ServiceNow forms and record producers
- Develop custom scripts to automate manual tasks
- Evaluate customer customization requests and propose solutions
- Act as a bridge between external vendors and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate tasks effectively, ensuring smooth collaboration
- Communicate findings and propose solutions to stakeholders
- Administer ServiceNow instances, including upgrades
- Review major software releases and assess their impact
- Propose enhancements based on stakeholder needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience
- ServiceNow Administration experience preferred
- ServiceNow Forms building experience preferred
- JavaScript proficiency preferred
- A degree in a related field or relevant experience preferred
Benefits
- Salary: $61,800.00 – $89,600.00
