Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and virtual outreach (SMS, email) to provide information
- Monitor and answer all inbound calls from patients interested in learning more
- Support patients by answering their questions, addressing concerns, and providing guidance
- Maintain a strong understanding of the features and benefits of our services
- Document all interactions and maintain timely, accurate records of outreach activities
- Attend and participate in training and coaching sessions to improve engagement scripts
- Provide a fantastic experience for all patients interacting with our program
- Utilize our CRM system to track leads, manage appointments, update patient information
- Achieve patient engagement targets as driven by company KPIs
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Accustomed to having a sales target and reaching engagement goals
- Excited to work in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Open-minded with a willingness to give and receive feedback
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- 2+ years of related experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or customer service
- Ability to quickly build trust and rapport with seniors and other patients
- Ability to work after hours and weekends if needed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Internet-connected, able to work remotely
Preferred
- Direct-to-consumer sales or patient engagement experience
- Knowledge of Medicaid and/or Medicare programs and senior services
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
