Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training strategies using SAP EnableNow
- Manage training programs from design through implementation
- Create transaction documentations, simulations, and e-learning materials
- Implement evaluations and exams to track learning progress
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to align training with goals
- Regularly update training materials based on feedback and advancements
Requirements
- Good overall knowledge of SAP ERP systems and SAP Enable Now
- Proven track record in creating and managing training programs
- Ability to lead training projects and manage budgets
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Skilled in educational methodologies and learning management systems
- Excellent command of English, living experience in Europe, and European work experience
