Responsibilities
- Proficiency in system design, integration, and implementation
- Strong knowledge of Workday functionality, configuration, and security
- Proven track record in cloud-based HR information systems
- Focus on implementing self-service tools and AI platforms
- In-depth knowledge of HR operations management policies
Requirements
- Certification in Workday HCM and specialized modules (optional)
- Hands-on experience in Recruiting, Compensation, Absence, and Time tracking
- 2-3 years of relevant Workday experience in ERP/CRM/HRMS solutions
- Over 5+ years of experience in large project implementation/support projects
- BE/BTech/MBA degree
- Workday HCM certification (desirable)
