Responsibilities
- Review all incoming Google reviews and external social media channels for client comments and issues.
- Ensure ongoing success and value realization for the organization’s clients.
- Tell a story via data within Google insights, highlighting what is going well and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate and deliver data insights.
- Advocate for new processes to elevate effectiveness.
- Reply to client experiences via emails and outbound calling (comfortable with client-facing phone calls).
- Work closely with key stakeholders in driving process optimization.
- Support various Operational activities as required.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal French communication skills.
- Experience designing and presenting client insights.
- Excellent PowerPoint/Google Slides skills.
- Strong analytical understanding of trends in data.
- Very organized, reliable, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and be flexible in a high-paced environment.
- Ability to undertake projects and produce quality and timely results.
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
- Strong written/oral communication skills.
