Responsibilities
- Roll out partner products into our sales channel
- Balance partner and internal stakeholder needs by collaborating across groups
- Facilitate and run trainings on partner products for the sales team
- Act as the partner account manager, managing relationships with senior contacts
- Enable sales reps and managers to hit their goals
- Gain insights into customer needs to prioritize partners for the sales channel
- Implement new processes, tools, and approaches for program expansion
- Evaluate partner portfolio and create go-to-market plans and sales enablement materials
- Support partner experience by answering inquiries and troubleshooting issues
- Prepare and present reports on partner attach, performance, and process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
- Exhibits a “sense of urgency” for executing program requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well-organized self-starter in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with Excel and other analytical tools
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong relationship-building skills; experience in leading and influencing
- Experience in a software/technology environment
- Proven ability to execute cross-disciplinary projects
