Instructional Designer / Content Developer ( 6 month contract) Temporary

Responsibilities

• Create detailed storyboards for learning modules and video tutorials
• Review and evaluate instructional materials for accuracy and clarity
• Collaborate with multimedia developers/designers to integrate visuals
• Analyze current materials to identify gaps and update production plans
• Create content storyboards with scripts for narration and interactions
• Prepare demo accounts to support storyboard content
• Review ready products and incorporate changes with multimedia developers
• Prepare content for publishing on YouTube, including descriptions and timestamps
• Ensure timely content delivery and adjust rollout plans as needed
• Attend GTM meetings and stay updated on new releases

Requirements

• Proven experience in instructional design and content development
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in storyboarding and creating scripts for e-learning content
• Familiarity with multimedia development tools and techniques
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools is a plus
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in e-learning
