Responsibilities
- Lead development and implementation of GCF design standards
- Review, organize, and distribute design standards
- Support pre-construction and construction teams on standards execution
- Serve as technical SME for architectural systems
- Engage stakeholders to align on design practices and initiatives
- Lead design development with third-party architects and engineers
- Adapt to changes and create solutions for evolving business needs
- Communicate design requirements to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements
- 7+ years of project management or architecture/design experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary design projects
- Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Experience in construction, automation, or robotics is a plus
