Responsibilities

• Address payer partnerships holistically through testing, learning, and optimizing strategies
• Align partnership priorities with business goals by managing resources effectively
• Shape reputation with the largest payers in the country
• Drive overall company strategy for long-term success
• Influence complex situations to obtain desired outcomes through relationships

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience working at a health plan or employer
• Extensive knowledge of navigating the complexities of the healthcare industry
• 10+ years managing an account team of at least 4 people
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
• Understanding of employer healthcare purchasing decisions
• Experience designing and directing strategic initiatives for growth
