The Global E-commerce solution allows merchants to sell their wares all over the world. It enables full transparency of the fully landed costs by quoting duty, taxes and shipping at checkout.
My responsibilities include –
Leading QA efforts in various release cycles for global e-commerce mainly in system integration and billing using SAP.
Oversee customer invoicing, billing and transaction feed files for domestic & international delivery, returns & fulfillment. Each week, over 300 clients are invoiced for about 6 million parcels.
Perform QA activities for vendor’s payments, reconciliation and cost management system supporting close to 80 vendors.
Estimate efforts, resource planning, guidance & mentoring team members, coordinating and integrating efforts of teams in different geographical locations.
Authoring test cases, automation scripts, testing frameworks, prepare test reports and support deployment teams. The automation efforts have resulted in over 70% test effort saving.
