Responsibilities:
- Lead generation for WPMU DEV products.
- Provide support for customer WP-related concerns.
- Manage customer accounts and provide service.
- Promote WPMU DEV products with product knowledge.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and nurture sales leads.
- Manage inbound and outbound sales communications.
- Conduct Zoom calls with clients.
Requirements:
- Good familiarity with WordPress themes and plugins.
- Superb interpersonal skills to build rapport.
- Proven experience in sales and account support.
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales Support.
- Proficient in English: verbal and written.
