Responsibilities:
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers.
- Manage the onboarding process, training, and implementation.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product.
- Proactively engage with customers to identify expansion opportunities.
- Increase renewals and reduce churn through risk management.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Business fluency in Spanish and English.
- Proven ability to establish trust with customers.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proactive self-starter with a can-do mentality.
