Responsibilities:
- Lead the Account Management team with a customer-centric approach.

Requirements:
- 7+ years in Customer Success/Account Management.
- Experience in Education or EdTech is preferred.
- Proven success in exceeding retention targets.
- Strong leadership capability in managing teams.
- Highly organized with strong communication abilities.
