Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations.
- Educate team leaders on wage and hour standards.
- Create and run payroll reports for review.
- Perform observations on timekeeping processes.
- Partner with team leaders to correct non-compliances.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of labor compliance experience.
- Knowledge of California Wage and Hour Law.
- Understanding of payroll and timekeeping processes.
- Degree in a related field (Business, HR, etc.).
- Experience with HRIS systems.
