Responsibilities:
- Obtain and maintain business licenses and permits.
- Assist with insurance program compliance.
- Prepare drafts of legal documents for review.
- Format, proofread, and draft communications.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the legal team.
Requirements:
- College degree and/or paralegal certification.
- Experience as a paralegal in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- In-house corporate legal experience is a plus.
Benefits:
- $25 – $40 per hour compensation.
- Short-term contract position.
