Regional Sales Manager at HireVue Inc. in USA Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Manage and close complex deal cycles.
• Work with Talent Acquisition leaders on deals.
• Partner with Business Development Team for pipeline.
• Generate new clients through various methods.
• Build a network of referrals for revenue growth.
• Market and differentiate the HireVue brand.
• Manage the entire sales process independently.
• Assist in creating RFP responses for clients.
• Maintain awareness of competitors’ activity.
• Understand client needs and requirements.
• Represent HireVue at industry events.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years’ sales experience in HCM & SaaS.
• Experience with large enterprise companies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and listening skills.
• Proactive and self-directed work style.
• Strong business acumen with senior leadership.
• Preferred sales methodology training (e.g., MEDDPIC).
• Technical aptitude for software applications.
• Analytical ability to understand metrics.
• Superior negotiating skills and attention to detail.
