Responsibilities:
- Support SIS Administrator with internal systems.
- Maintain and configure SIS systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Assist with integration setup and maintenance.
- Collaborate on project management tasks.
- Support new program setups and campus transfers.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven work experience in IT.
- Knowledge of Student Information Systems.
- Proficiency in Anthology and CampusNexus preferred.
- Experience in project management and cloud computing.
