Fraud Operations Agent at Apollo Agriculture in Kenya Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Investigating potentially fraudulent applications.
• Utilizing CMS and AFIT for investigations, while documenting findings.
• Scrutinizing administrative reviews involving subjective judgments based on company policies and guidelines.
• Addressing performance flags for field agents and resolving related issues.
• Providing incriminating evidence for agent deactivation advocacy.
• Planning and conducting retraining for field agents with minor data quality issues.
• Completing additional tasks assigned by supervisors as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in compiling detailed reports.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Kiswahili.
• Self-motivated and capable of working remotely under pressure.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Windows or Ubuntu.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel and spreadsheet software.
• Access to a stable internet connection.
• Police Clearance Certificate indicating no previous criminal records.
• Demonstrates high integrity and excellent customer service skills.
