Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of accounting.
• Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting.
• Design and manage efficient accounting processes.
• Manage the accounting team to a timely monthly close.
• Ensure accurate coding of transactions.
• Coordinate all audit activity globally.
• Prepare annual financial statements efficiently.
• Execute and oversee tax filings organization-wide.
• Present financial reports to senior leadership.
• Establish an effective system of financial controls.
• Design and own finance policies organization-wide.
• Leverage strengths of finance team members.
• Clarify roles for effective division of labor.
• Provide mentorship and training to the team.
• Set up processes for collaboration within the team.

Requirements:

• Experience as a controller at similar organizations.
• Expertise in US Federal Uniform Guidance.
• Strong people management skills.
• International experience with cultural competency.
• Familiarity with IFRS and US GAAP.
• Strong in process improvements.
• Tech-savvy and knowledgeable about accounting systems.
