Responsibilities:
- Deliver service to Enterprise customers for retention.
- Use problem solving to help customers meet goals.
- Consult on marketing, sales, and services processes.
- Build relationships to turn customers into advocates.
- Represent customer challenges to leadership teams.
- Travel onsite for strategic consulting engagements.
- Demonstrate impact in program and people development.
Requirements:
- Personal investment in customer success.
- Experience with large organizations (200+ employees).
- Fluency in German, Dutch, or a Nordic or CEE language.
- Proven track record impacting customers’ results.
- Experience in problem solving and change management.
- Experience with cross-team customer advocacy.
- Ability to autonomously manage and remediate risks.
