Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage implementation projects end-to-end.
- Complete projects on time and within budget.
- Meet with clients to gather data for customization.
- Guide clients through business-requirements sessions.
- Document requirements and create process flow diagrams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- 3 years of relevant experience or 5-7 years in project management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Direct customer-facing experience in implementation.
