Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of manufacturer representatives.
• Develop sales plans and strategies for your region.
• Prepare and conduct joint sales calls and presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics and KPIs.
• Provide regular reports to the VP of Sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

• Collaborate with internal teams on new products and services.
• Participate in industry and prospect events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum of five years of sales experience in electrical manufacturing.
• Minimum of three years managing a sales rep team.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
