Responsibilities:

• Identify, target, and secure new enterprise customers.
• Generate and qualify new leads through various channels.
• Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Ensure customers achieve desired outcomes using our solutions.
• Drive contract renewals and identify upselling opportunities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans.
• Monitor customer usage and optimize their experience.
• Serve as a customer advocate within the company.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of SaaS solutions in the industry.
• 5-10 years in enterprise SaaS sales with a proven track record.
• Knowledge of Building Automation Systems and IoT solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently.
