Responsibilities:

• Responsible for equipment sales.
• Develop a sales strategy to achieve goals.
• Collaborate to ensure sales objectives.
• Investigate market trends and develop sales.
• Manage multiple customer projects globally.
• Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales.
• Conduct market research and analysis.
• Cultivate effective business relationships.
• Ensure collection of payment receivables.
• Negotiate contracts with customers.
• Prepare sales reports and presentations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, engineering preferred.
• 5-10 years in custom automation sales.
• Experience in sales management and BD.
• Experience in overseas companies.
• Knowledge in 3C automation & optics.
• Customer resources in Taiwan’s 3C sector.
• Must be proactive in travel for BD.
• Understands 3C supply chain market trends.
• Strong experience developing business.
• Prefer candidates near Shanghai/Suzhou.
• Age 32 – 45 years old.
• Fluent in English, bilingual preferred.
