Responsibilities:
- Own the onboarding of customers and ensure success.
- Help customers build complex forms for new use cases.
- Tackle technical limitations via code or engineering teams.
- Represent customer needs to the organization.
- Present results to a wide audience, including C-suite.
- Demo Prelim and answer product usage questions.
- Create technical content to demonstrate best practices.
- Identify and overcome customer blockers to adoption.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for users.
- Help interview and grow the implementation team.
Requirements:
- Experience with client-facing communication.
- Strong experience with REST & SOAP integrations.
- Experience with back-end technologies like Node.js.
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
