Responsibilities:
- Provide phone and email-based troubleshooting.
- Assist contractors, dealers, engineers, and homeowners.
- Support Product Management and Quality departments.
- Start and maintain electronic records of calls.
- Review technical materials for correctness.
- Provide peer level support in technical expertise.
- Work independently within established procedures.
- Assist in continuous improvement projects.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of HVAC experience in heat pumps.
- 3+ years of experience in air conditioning circuits.
- 2+ years of MS Office experience.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
- Strong communication skills and team orientation.
