Responsibilities:
- Expand sales in Northern Netherlands.
- Act as advisor and negotiator for clients.
- Collaborate with sales, support, and marketing teams.
- Provide feedback to enhance service quality.
- Represent Matrix as a brand ambassador.
Requirements:
- HBO level with a commercial/business degree.
- 4+ years in sales, ideally in B2B, real estate, or tenders.
- Fluent in Dutch, English, and French.
- Proficient in MS Office 365 and CRM software.
- Strong communication skills and team spirit.
