Inside Sales Representative (Bilingual – Hindi) at Premier Food Supplies in United States Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow weekly sales orders from accounts.
• Engage with clients via calls, emails, and visits.
• Develop product knowledge for tailored recommendations.
• Assist collections in securing timely payments.
• Cultivate relationships with grocery and restaurant clients.
• Address inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Coordinate with warehouse for order fulfillment.
• Analyze sales data to identify market opportunities.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitors.
• Collaborate on strategy implementation in account management.
• Participate in marketing activities and product demos.
• Engage in lead generation through cold calling and emails.
• Provide reports on customer needs and competitive activities.
• Assist customers with new technologies and e-commerce.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of sales experience in food & beverage.
• Bilingual in English and Hindi; additional languages a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs occasionally.
