Implementation Specialist at Fulfil.io in United States Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Work with the implementation team to onboard merchants.
• Drive planning, execution, and optimization of implementation.
• Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering.
• Prepare business requirements and technical scoping documents.
• Troubleshoot issues during configuration and dry runs.
• Provide post-implementation support for user adoption.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure timely client deliverables.
• Project manage across stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Create a seamless experience for merchants from sales to go-live.
• Wear multiple hats to support a growing and innovative company.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in a customer-facing implementation or project role.
• Flexibility to work North American time zones (EST + PST).
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with ERP/Supply Chain software like SAP, Netsuite.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage customer stakeholders and move projects forward.
• Proactive mindset with ability to plan and execute effectively.
• Critical thinking skills to solve complex problems on the fly.
• Empathy for clients and ability to ease transitions to new systems.
• Interest in e-commerce and understanding of Fulfil product suite.
