Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Manage successful onboardings and advise on best practices.
- Develop strong product knowledge and provide feedback.

- Lead check-in calls, meetings, and business reviews.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years in customer success or technical account management.
- Experience with Headless products (CMS, PIM, E-comm).
- Familiarity with web and mobile technologies.
- Experience with subscription sales models.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
