Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth in the US market for optical products.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Lead the sales team, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine offerings.
- Create and execute strategies for market penetration.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Manage the sales budget to maximize ROI.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for the fiscal year.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- At least 7 years of sales experience in optical products.
- Proven success in sales strategy development and execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus.
