Responsibilities:
- Conduct onboarding video calls with partners.
- Explain the product and sync with property management software.
- Create portals, log notes, and send calendar invites.
- Conduct check-in calls with partners.
- Maintain CRM updates with call notes and statuses.
Requirements:
- At least six months of call center or inside sales experience.
- Proven record of hitting and exceeding targets.
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
- Experience using CRMs, preferably Hubspot.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
