Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with account managers for recruitment strategies.
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit with values.
- Administer candidate assessments and evaluations.
- Maintain an organized database of candidates’ progress.
- Develop and promote employer branding strategies.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and smooth transitions.
- Handle administrative recruitment tasks and offer letters.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and records.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
