Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule shipments for on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with carriers, drivers, and clients to optimize routes.
- Track shipments and provide updates to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
- Act as point of contact for clients, carriers, and teams.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
- Collaborate with the logistics team on process improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and technology.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety.
- Familiarity with the oilfield industry is a plus.
