Responsibilities:
- Work with teammates and PMs on subcontracting requirements.
- Assist with subcontract closeouts and documentation.
- Maintain official subcontract files with required documentation.
- Provide training to PMs and division partners on requirements.
- Support requests for information from corporate teammates.
- Ensure subcontracts meet legal, customer, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and disseminate subcontract status information.
- Build positive relationships with partners and subcontractors.
- Assist with Small Business reports and bi-annual reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2-4 years of related experience or 8-10 years without a degree.
- Knowledge of FAR/DFAR requirements.
- Federal subcontracting experience.
- Ability to edit files in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Excel.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
