Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple large construction accounts.
- Minimize customer losses and improve sustainability.
- Use risk engineering tools to manage construction risk.
- Deliver consultative services and identify risk gaps.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Sell risk mitigation services to clients.
- Deliver training and presentations to clients.
- Conduct loss investigations and risk improvement programs.
- Assist in developing QA/QC and safety plans.
- Participate in Sales Team meetings and presentations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience.
- 8+ years of experience without a degree.
- Experience in team environments.
- Professional certifications (CSP, ARM, CHST).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and IOS.
- Strong communication and consulting skills.
- Leadership in extracurricular or public service.
- Willingness to embrace Zurich’s values.
