Responsibilities:
- Qualify potential agency partners and lead calls.
- Onboard and train new agency partners.
- Maintain and grow agency partner relationships.
- Troubleshoot project requirements with partners and teams.
- Set up and administer Veeva test environments.
- Develop partner documentation and resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in account/project management or digital strategy.
- Experience in multichannel marketing projects.
- Strong relationship-building skills with agencies and teams.
- Interest in learning Veeva/Salesforce product admin.
- Exceptional communication skills.
