Responsibilities:
- Provide planning and logistics support for events.
- Assist with managing large-scale customer conferences.
- Maintain and update internal planning documents.
- Provide administrative support across the events team.
- Support internal communications for events.
- Help with sponsor process for customer events.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of administrative experience.
- Experience supporting corporate events or tradeshows.
- Strong project management experience.
- Self-driven with the ability to work with supervision.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and think critically.
