Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative, HR, and travel support.
- Manage leader calendars using MS Outlook.
- Prepare documents like correspondence, forms, reports.
- Advise writers on style, syntax, and usage.
- Produce meeting minutes including agenda and proceedings.
- Assist PM with deliverables and other tasks.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma and > 3 years’ experience.
- Current SECRET security clearance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in Defense Travel System (DTS).
- Typing speed of 50 words per minute.
- Exceptional communication and attention to detail.
- U.S. blue passport and ability to travel.
