Responsibilities:
- Lead complex workplace investigations on sensitive issues.
- Advise business leaders on investigations and communication plans.
- Partner with HR, Legal, and Compliance for thorough investigations.
- Anticipate risks and provide proactive solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
- Mentor and coach Employee Relations Investigators.
- Make final determinations on employee appeals.
- Manage high-level escalations of employee relations issues.
- Stay updated on evolving employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10+ years in HR, labor relations, investigations, or legal fields.
- Experience leading sensitive, high-stakes investigations.
- Strong communication, influencing, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring Employee Relations Investigators.
- Experience managing escalations of complex employee issues.
