Responsibilities:
- Process applications through to closing.
- Communicate with loan officers, borrowers, and underwriters.
- Organize and label file documentation in system.
- Analyze credit, income, and asset documents.
- Clear loan conditions for final approval.
- Maintain confidentiality of client files.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of FHA processing experience.
- Experience in reverse processing required.
- Knowledge of TILA, RESPA, Reg B, and Reg C.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
